Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.

Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

The CleanCo app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the CleanCo app won't work properly or at all.

The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Link to Terms and Conditions of third party service providers used by the app: Firebase, Crashlytics, Facebook.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi will not take responsibility for.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.

If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS and Android – the requirements for the system may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS or Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 14.04.2026.

ALFI AI END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions legally create an agreement between you, as the user, and Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. Please read all terms and conditions and further service scope carefully. By continuing you agree with our terms as set out under Alfi AI End-user License Agreement and Privacy Policy.

TERMS OF USE

Alfi AI Yazilim Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklamcilik Danismanlik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi ("Alfi AI"), a Turkish corporation located in Istanbul, Turkey, is pleased to provide you, as the user, its branded mobile applications and any and all related documentation (each, a "CleanCo App" and collectively the "CleanCo Apps") available at the Apple App Store and/or Google Play.

You hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") of Alfi AI any time you use or access the CleanCo Apps and any of our other products or services. Your use of the Services is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. "Use" or "using" means to access, install, download, copy, in-app purchase or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the CleanCo Apps. Please read this End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before accessing, downloading or using any CleanCo Apps. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. This Agreement also includes additional payment terms, in-app purchase options and other requirements set forth on the download or purchase page through which you purchase or download the CleanCo Apps.

Your use or access of the Services is also subject to the Alfi AI Privacy Policy, available in Annex-I and incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right at any time and without notice to change these Terms. Your continued use of the CleanCo Apps after we post amendments shall signify your acceptance of such amendments. PARTIES

This Agreement is concluded between Alfi AI and you, as the user, who downloaded and/or installed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play and executed and mutually entered into force upon the online approval of the user. Alfi AI and the user shall be hereinafter referred to individually as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

By downloading and/or installing the CleanCo App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the user agrees, undertakes and represents that he/she has read all the Terms herein, understood all the contents and approved all provisions.

In case the user is a "consumer" under the Consumer Protection Act of Turkey (Law No. 6502) and the applicable consumer legislation, the user can benefit from the rights and powers vested in consumers thereunder.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of the Agreement, Alfi AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to access, download and install the most current generally available version of the CleanCo App on a single, authorized mobile device that you own or control solely for your lawful, personal and non-commercial use.

The CleanCo Apps are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Alfi AI retains all rights not expressly granted to the user. The user cannot rent, lease or lend the CleanCo Apps to anyone. Alfi AI holds no responsibility for the results of using the CleanCo Apps acquired illegally or through an unauthorized distributor.

DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Restricted Use: The user may not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, assign, copy or in any way transfer or grant any rights to the CleanCo Apps or use the CleanCo Apps for the benefit of any third party. Unless expressly authorized by Alfi AI, the user is prohibited from making the CleanCo Apps available over a network where it could be downloaded or used by multiple users. The user may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services and cannot copy, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, recode or create derivative works of the CleanCo Apps. The user does not have the right to create derivative works of any portion of the CleanCo Apps. All modifications or enhancements to the CleanCo Apps remain the sole property of Alfi AI.

Updates:Alfi AI reserves the right to add or remove features or functions to the existing CleanCo Apps. Alfi AI may require the updating of the CleanCo Apps on the user's mobile device when a new version is released or when new features are made available. The user acknowledges and agrees that Alfi AI has no obligation to make available to the user any updates, supplements or subsequent versions of the CleanCo Apps.

Access:The user must provide at his/her expense the equipment, internet connections, devices and service plans to access and use the CleanCo Apps. If the user accesses the CleanCo Apps through a mobile network, your network or roaming provider's messaging, data and other rates and fees may apply. The user is solely responsible for any costs incurred to access the CleanCo App from their device.

Purchase and Cancellation Rights:Certain CleanCo Apps are available for purchase from a mobile platform owner (e.g. Apple or Google) and/or will allow the user to make in-app purchases. Payment for such purchases may be processed by third parties who act on behalf of Alfi AI or directly by the mobile platform owner. European Union residents normally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. Please note that if you are a resident in the European Union and download the CleanCo Apps from a mobile platform owner, you may not be able to cancel your order or obtain a refund. Please review the mobile platform owner's terms before purchase.

THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS

The CleanCo Apps allow you to enjoy various features, functionalities and other Services, which may change from time to time. The CleanCo Apps Functions are provided by Alfi AI and third-party suppliers who offer content and/or services in conjunction with or through the CleanCo Apps ("Third Party Partners").

The CleanCo Apps may integrate, be integrated into, bundled, or be provided in connection with third-party services, advertising, feeds and/or content. Such services and content are subject to such third party's terms of services and privacy policies. Alfi AI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.

SECURITY

The CleanCo Apps, like other user technologies in the relevant market, may not be 100% secure. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that the CleanCo Apps and any information you download or offer to share by means of a CleanCo App, may be exposed to unauthorized access, interception, corruption, damage or misuse and cannot be regarded as 100% secure. You accept all responsibility for such security risks and any damage resulting therefrom. You agree that Alfi AI shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your mobile device or the app data thereon.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS

Registration: Most of the CleanCo Apps will not require a registration, nevertheless, some of the CleanCo Apps may permit or require you to create an account to participate or access additional features or functionalities. Any registration required by Third-Party Partners is not governed by this Agreement.

Passwords: You are the sole and exclusive guardian of any password and ID combination issued or chosen by you. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password(s) and ID(s) is solely your responsibility. You are fully responsible for all transactions undertaken by means of any account opened, held, accessed or used via your password and ID. You shall notify us immediately and confirm in writing any unauthorized use of accounts or any breach of security, including without limitation any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your password(s) and/or ID(s). We shall not be responsible for any losses incurred in connection with any misuse of any password or ID.

UNINSTALL AND REMOVAL OF THE CLEANCO APPS

Uninstallation and removal procedures vary depending on your device. To uninstall and remove the CleanCo Apps, please use the application manager provided with your device or consult your device manual for further reference.

CONSENT TO USE OF DATA AND USER REVIEWS

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services related to the CleanCo Apps. We may use this information as per the Privacy Policy incorporated hereunder Annex-I.

If you choose to provide app store reviews or reviews via any social media channel or other similar communication features, such information may be made publicly available. If you prefer that we do not use such reviews for promotional purposes, you may elect for us not to do so by submitting your request to info@cleanco.app (please indicate your name, mailing address and email address).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Alfi AI is the sole proprietor of products and/or Services, projects, documents used in connection with the Services and visuals, texts, bulletins, slogans, videos, designs, know-how and any business data, illustrations, databases, logos, emblems, ideas or Alfi AI trademarks, source codes, researches, codes, methods, statistical figures and financial and moral rights and all other intellectual property rights. All rights under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works numbered 5846 of Turkey and applicable legislation shall be the exclusive property of Alfi AI.

Accordingly, the user agrees and represents that they shall not commit any reverse engineering or attempt to find or acquire the source code of the CleanCo Apps, nor shall they violate the security of any network or crack security encryption codes; they shall not send SPAM mails or load malicious software; otherwise the user shall be liable for all losses that Alfi AI and third parties may sustain.

The user may not delete, alter or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that Alfi AI or Third-Party Partners have placed on or within the CleanCo Apps. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are expressly reserved to Alfi AI and its licensors. The user is solely responsible for any content that they contribute, submit, display or for any adaptations of works made on or through use of the CleanCo Apps. It is the user's obligation to ensure such content does not violate any copyright or other intellectual property rights. Alfi AI also acts to remove objectionable content at its sole discretion. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory or libelous; content that is hateful or advocates hate crimes, hate speech, harm or violence against a person, group or minority; content that may harm minors; content that is vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, obscene or pornographic; material that contains software viruses or any kind of malicious software.

IN-APP PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

The release and distribution of the CleanCo Apps will take place through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. The CleanCo Apps will offer certain features and limits to the user as paid features through in-app purchase. If the user would like to use such paid features, you will first need to make payment before accessing the paid feature.

Such in-app purchase features are offered on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly or a weekly basis and will be re-billed by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, depending upon the auto-renewable subscription model, until cancelled by the user. The Apple App Store and/or Google Play will send an e-mail well in advance of renewal containing a hyperlink to manage the subscription procedure.

App Payments will be processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play from which you originally downloaded the application. You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play and governed by their respective terms and conditions. If you have any payment related issues with in-app purchases, then you need to contact the Apple App Store and/or Google Play directly.

If you are under 18 then you are legally required to have your parents' or legal guardians' permission to make any in-app purchases. By completing an in-app purchase, you are confirming to us that you have any and all permissions necessary to allow you to make that in-app purchase.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall become effective on the date it is approved and shall remain in force as long as the user continues to use the CleanCo Apps.

Alfi AI may unilaterally terminate this Agreement without any obligation of compensation and further notice in any circumstance where the user acts in breach of this Agreement, in particular: if the user manipulates the operation of the CleanCo Apps; if the user acts in breach of the provisions of this Agreement or any other agreements; if the user commits any act that violates third party rights; if data, contents, visuals, texts and articles shared with the CleanCo App have unlawful elements.

Promptly upon termination of this Agreement, the user must cease all use of the CleanCo Apps and uninstall, remove or destroy all copies of the CleanCo Apps in its possession or control.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfi AI, its affiliates and Alfi AI's and its affiliates' officers, directors, licensors, partners, shareholders, licensees, contractors, agents, attorneys, employees and third party service providers from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that actually or allegedly result from your information, use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all the CleanCo Apps are provided on an "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and you use them at your sole risk. Alfi AI, on behalf of itself, and its affiliates, licensors, distributors, vendors, agents and suppliers, expressly disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and any other warranty arising from the relevant legislation.

Without limitation, Alfi AI makes no warranty that the CleanCo Apps will meet your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the CleanCo Apps will be accurate or reliable. Alfi AI assumes no liability or responsibility for any property damage resulting from your access to and use of the CleanCo Apps.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you expressly understand and agree that Alfi AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the CleanCo Apps; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party or (iv) any other matter relating to Alfi AI.

In no event shall Alfi AI's total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the CleanCo App.

FORCE MAJOR EVENT AND APPLICABLE LAW

In all circumstances that constitute a force major event in legal terms, Alfi AI shall not be held liable for its failure to perform its obligations hereunder or to perform them late or incompletely. Such failures shall not be considered a default, or incomplete or faulty performance and no claim of compensation shall be made against Alfi AI.

The term "force major events" herein refers to any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the affected party and that cannot be avoided despite reasonable care and diligence, including but not limited to acts of God, riots, insurgences, war, communication interruptions, infrastructural and internet network failures, power failures and adverse weather conditions.

This Agreement and legal relations arising hereunder shall be governed and construed as per Turkish law. Turkish Courts (Istanbul Courts of First Instance) shall have jurisdiction over any actual or potential dispute arising from this Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections to such jurisdiction and venue.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you, as the user, and Alfi AI relating to the use of the CleanCo Apps and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by Alfi AI. Any translation of this Agreement is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between English and any non-English versions, the English version of this Agreement shall govern to the extent not prohibited by law.

If any terms or provision of this Agreement is declared void or unenforceable in a particular situation, by any judicial or administrative authority, this declaration shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions hereof. To the extent possible the provision will be interpreted and enforced to the greatest extent legally permissible in order to effectuate the original intent.
